Responsabilités

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and sourcing channels.
• Write and personalize outreach; test subject lines and openers.
• Post and promote roles to attract qualified applicants.
• Review applicants and shortlist candidates to talk to.
• Keep pipeline organized and follow up to avoid cold leads.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume with personal touch.
• Track performance and adjust strategies based on data.
