atomic HR is seeking a Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level) to source and connect with marketing, creative, and growth professionals across Latin America for US startups and agencies. You’ll craft personalized outreach, post roles, and shortlist top candidates, with mentoring as you learn the talent side.

You’ll work with AI tools and a dedicated sourcing platform to move fast at scale, maintaining a human touch and learning through hands-on practice in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and a real drive to learn as each role is a new puzzle.
• Strong written English and the ability to write to a stranger as a human, not a template.
• Resourcefulness: tacking new tools with no script.
• Organization and follow-through to keep pipelines clean.
• Competitive streak and self-motivation to chase a number.

Responsabilités

• Research each new role to identify the ideal candidate and sourcing channels.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines and openers to boost replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep the pipeline organized and follow up to avoid losing good candidates.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle large volumes without losing personal touch.
• Track what works and adjust based on data.
