Ferring Holding SA is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions, focusing on Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services. This remote role supports a LatAm-based candidate pool.

You will own pipelines from initial hiring manager alignment through offer rollout, build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, conduct rigorous screenings, guide candidates through interviews, and maintain ATS data integrity

Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-tech SaaS recruiting
• Own end-to-end recruitment from outreach to offer
• Direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong screening and behavioural interview skills
• Excellent communication and candidate assessment
• Experience recruiting for Sales/Marketing/GTM roles
• ATS experience, preferably ADP
• Organised and able to multitask remotely

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines
• Build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
• Conduct initial screening to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit
• Guide candidates through interviews, ensuring a quality experience
• Manage ATS data integrity (including ADP) and track progress
