Hired is seeking an Associate Recruiter to source, engage, and hire qualified candidates for open roles across the organization in a remote setup. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and maintain strong candidate pipelines for efficient, quality-driven hiring.

The role supports full-cycle recruiting efforts with focus on speed and accuracy, leveraging ATS, social sourcing, and structured interviewing to build high-performing teams across functions.

Formación

• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels including job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Track candidate progress in the recruitment system and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation for successful candidates.
