The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Recruiter to partner with senior recruiters, handling sourcing, screening, and scheduling to deliver a strong candidate experience. This role supports the team in meeting hiring goals and works with AI-powered tools to streamline recruiting workflows.

You will source candidates across LinkedIn and boards, coordinate multi-stakeholder interviews, and manage candidate communications in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Formación

• 2–3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Proven sourcing across platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Experience coordinating interviews with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfort with AI tools to support recruiting workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Source qualified candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct initial candidate screens via Zoom.
• Support senior recruiters with day-to-day recruiting tasks and administrative workflows.
• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in the ATS.
• Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
