Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter for a fully remote role supporting recruiting across the Americas. You will help with high-volume hiring, sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates, while ensuring a fair and inclusive process.

You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The role requires 1–2 years of recruiting experience, bilingual Spanish/English, and familiarity with ATS tools such as

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume hiring.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is required.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, referrals.
• Working knowledge of ATS systems (Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to candidate experience.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of employment practices and recruiting compliance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple lines.
• Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through various channels.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align hiring needs.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Assist recruiting metrics and reporting for process improvement.
• Build talent pipelines to support current and future needs.
