Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter with a strong HR orientation to support growth in the podcast and digital media space. This remote role requires overlap with EST hours and involves end-to-end recruitment plus onboarding and people operations support.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on HR coordination experience, excellent organization, and comfort working across US/UK-based engagements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with exposure to HR or people operations.
• Experience coordinating both recruitment and HR activities.
• Remote work experience with US/UK-based companies preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for select roles across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation and system access.
• Support HR processes such as employee records, compliance documentation, and policy coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee data within ATS and HR systems.
• Act as a point of contact for recruitment-related and light HR inquiries.
