• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or 360 Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting across diverse functions.
• Remote work experience with US/UK-based companies and remote tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate communication skills.
• Ability to work in EST hours and manage multiple searches.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and seniorities
• Manage high-volume hiring pipelines for a key client
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and set priorities
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews through offer
• Maintain hiring data, reporting, and pipeline tracking in ATS
