Job summary

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to support plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution, under attorney supervision. This role requires close coordination with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys to keep cases progressing efficiently.

You will manage a high-volume caseload in a remote environment, maintain Litify records, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in plaintiff personal injury case management.
• Experience handling BI/UM/SUM claims and no-fault.
• Experience in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage 80–120 plaintiff personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, carriers, and attorneys.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and activity in Litify.
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish as needed.
• Support case progression and meet lifecycle timelines.
