Job summary

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to support plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution, under attorney supervision. You will coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurers, and attorneys to keep cases progressing efficiently in a remote environment.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in plaintiff PI case management, fluent English and Spanish, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management.
Experience handling personal injury claims including BI, no-fault, UM/UIM.
Fluent in English and Spanish; strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Manage an average caseload of 80 to 120 personal injury cases.
Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurers and attorneys to progress cases.
Maintain accurate, complete case documentation and activity records in Litify.
Meet or exceed settlement and treatment goals within case timelines.
Communicate effectively with clients in English and Spanish as needed.
Monitor claim status and follow up to prevent delays and advance resolution.
Ensure compliance with firm procedures and case management best practices.
Assist with case-related activities and legal support under attorney supervision.
