Right Path Law Group is seeking a Remote Bilingual Case Manager to support our Personal Injury litigation team. This is a full-time, long-term remote role working with clients in the US market from home.

The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, have PI case management experience, and be comfortable using MyCase and Lawmatics to keep cases moving and well-documented. Availability Monday–Friday, EST hours, is required.

Formación

Right Path Law Group, a growing Personal Injury law firm based in Northern Virginia, USA, is looking for a Remote Bilingual Case Manager to join our litigation team. This is a full-time, long-term remote position supporting real clients through real legal battles, from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Own

• Keep clients informed and reassured - provide consistent, compassionate case updates so clients always know where they stand
• Coordinate with medical providers - follow up on records, bills, and treatment documentation to keep cases moving
• Manage insurance communication - send notices of representation and communicate professionally with insurance adjusters on active files
• Own your case management data - maintain accurate, up-to-date records in MyCase and Lawmatics, so the team always has a clear picture
• Be the connective tissue - between attorneys, clients, providers, and insurers, you're the person who keeps every moving part aligned

You're the Right Fit If…

• You have prior experience in Personal Injury case management - you understand the lifecycle of a PI case and what it takes to move one forward
• You are fully bilingual in English and Spanish - you communicate professionally in both languages, written and spoken, without hesitation
• You are proficient in or willing to quickly learn MyCase and Lawmatics - technology is your ally, not your obstacle
• You are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time - clients and team are on EST, and responsiveness is non-negotiable
• You are organized, proactive, and detail-obsessed - you follow up before you're asked and close loops before they become problems
• You take ownership seriously - your name is on your files, and you treat them that way

Compensation & Details

• $7 – $8 USD per hour based on experience
