Job summary

The Ward Law Group seeks a Senior Case Manager with strong personal injury knowledge to support attorneys with claim handling, negotiations, and client updates. You will manage communications, track settlements, and ensure timely responses across multiple cases in Litify.

This role requires fluent English and Spanish, excellent organization, and the ability to work with insurance providers, medical providers, and litigation teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients within set timelines and provide case updates.
• Negotiate settlements under attorney supervision and present offers to clients.
• Log and track all offers, demands, and case activity in the system.
• Prepare mediation/global settlement summaries and organize documents.
• Maintain accurate case notes and files in Litify.
• Coordinate with providers and insurance companies to obtain necessary information.
• Ensure high standards of client service and timely responses.
