Responsibilities

• Contact clients within 24 hours of receiving their case and provide updates.
• Coordinate settlement negotiations under attorney supervision.
• Maintain client files and notes in Litify.
• Review and log settlement offers and case resolutions.
• Communicate with providers and insurance to confirm coverages.
• Ensure high standards of client service and promptly address inquiries.
• Discharge cases and manage the caseload as assigned.
