Job Duck is seeking a bilingual Litigation Paralegal to support a busy personal injury and litigation practice. You will help keep active matters moving, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate case files in a remote setting.

The role requires proactive, detail oriented professionals comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with strong knowledge of civil procedure and the ability to draft petitions and discovery requests, while maintaining excellent client communication.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant in a litigation environment.
• Experience supporting active litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Strong knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and litigation processes.

Aufgaben

• Maintaining accurate case notes and litigation files.
• Coordinating with opposing counsel and paralegals on scheduling and documentation.
• Managing litigation calendars, deadlines and depositions.
• Drafting petitions, pleadings, disclosures, discovery requests/responses.
