Right Path Law Group is seeking a Remote Bilingual Case Manager to support our Personal Injury litigation team. This is a full-time, long-term remote role working with clients in the US market from home.

The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, have PI case management experience, and be comfortable using MyCase and Lawmatics to keep cases moving and well-documented. Availability Monday–Friday, EST hours, is required.

Formación

• Experience in Personal Injury case management.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with MyCase and Lawmatics or willing to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Keep clients informed and reassured with compassionate updates.
• Coordinate with medical providers to track records and treatment documentation.
• Manage insurance communications and notices of representation.
• Own and maintain accurate case management data in MyCase and Lawmatics.
• Serve as the connective tissue between attorneys, clients, providers, and insurers.
