Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end Google Ads for 50 DTC/eCommerce brands. You’ll be the client’s direct contact, defend your decisions, and manage budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.

You’ll audit accounts first, own the funnel, and report results with a clear, data-driven approach. You’ll oversee feed health, GA4/GTM/Shopify tracking, and PMax, while building landing pages or scripts as needed.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts with direct client contact and results to defend.
• Audit campaigns and structures before touching them; report findings.
• Separate brand and non-brand campaigns and report outcomes clearly.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs incremental CAC.
• Own feed health, Merchant Center, and conversion tracking end-to-end.
• Build landing pages or scripts when needed to remove bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Audit and review accounts: structure, keywords vs search terms, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, tracking.
• Own client relationship; present results, plan, and reasoning; be the point of contact.
• Run and optimize brand and non-brand efforts as separate businesses with clear reporting.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, and tracking; implement fixes.
• Balance Google's automation; audit auto features to protect client spend.
• Build or deploy required assets (landing pages, scripts) and leverage AI tools.
