Sweat Pants Agency, a remote-friendly growth agency, seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for 50 DTC/eCommerce brands. You will directly engage clients, propose plans, and defend your decisions based on measurable outcomes.

You will audit accounts, optimize feeds and tracking, and balance brand vs non-brand efforts, with a focus on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS. You can work from anywhere with US Eastern hours.

Competenze

• Experience managing Google Ads for DTC/eCommerce with measurable results.
• Ability to define attribution and demonstrate impact to clients.
• Strong communication and ability to present plans and defend decisions.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them, including structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities with clear reporting.
• Optimize PMax and measurement to avoid misattribution.
• Own feed, product data quality, and Shopping/PMax delivery.
• Own tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify imports; troubleshoot reconciliations.
• Build necessary landing pages or scripts to remove bottlenecks.
