Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. You will own DTC accounts end to end, from audit to action, with direct client interaction and responsibility for plan, updates, and results.

You must be fluent in English, comfortable with US Eastern hours, and able to work across Shopping, PMax, and GA4/GTM while building landing pages and tracking improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax campaigns and reporting.
• Proven ability to communicate results and defend decisions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end, acting as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them and present findings via Loom.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate strands of growth.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix Creative, offers, landing pages, and tracking.
