Sweat Pants Agency seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end client work for 50 DTC/eCommerce brands. This remote role requires you to take client calls during US Eastern hours and to defend your strategic recommendations with data.

You will audit, optimize, and scale Brand and non-brand campaigns across Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, while owning the funnel, feed, and tracking. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads spend on DTC/eCommerce with demonstrable CPA/ROAS.
• Experience with Shopping, PMax, and Demand Gen to drive growth.
• Strong English communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Ability to own client relationships and present plans and results.

Responsibilities

• You own a set of accounts end to end as the strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as distinct businesses with separate reporting.
• Understand and evaluate PMax performance, separating branded vs incremental volume.
• Keep Google's automation in check; audit auto features and promotions.
• Own the product feed: Merchant Center hygiene, titles, promotions, and feed impact.
• Own tracking: GA4, GTM, conversions, and offline imports; resolve discrepancies.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, and checkout; fix them.
• Build required assets: landing pages, scripts, and reporting; leverage AI tools.
