Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own the full funnel from feed to landing pages, defend decisions in client calls, and optimize campaigns for incremental growth.

You’ll coordinate audits, reports, and strategic recommendations with direct client ownership. You should be fluent in English, comfortable with US Eastern hours for calls, and capable of building or guiding landing page assets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running Google Ads for DTC/eCommerce with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of Google accounts end-to-end, including updates and client calls.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present Loom walkthroughs to clients.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and optimize for incremental ROAS/CPA.
• Own tracking, feed hygiene, landing pages, and reporting to improve performance.
