Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who will own end-to-end Google accounts for multiple DTC brands. You will work directly with clients, defend your decisions, and manage diverse campaigns across Shopping, YouTube, and PMax. You will shape attribution thinking and drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS outcomes.

You can work from anywhere, but must be available for US Eastern hours. You will be part of a fast-paced team delivering aggressive growth with real budgets.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience managing DTC/eCommerce with spend tracked and reported.
• Strong understanding of attribution models and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS concepts.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results and plans clearly.

Aufgaben

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact with budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present Loom walkthroughs to clients.
• Run brand and non-brand activities as distinct approaches with separate reporting.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offers, AOV, and tracking, then implement fixes.
