Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for DTC and ecommerce brands. You will talk directly with clients, present results, plan, and defend decisions, with ownership of outcomes and a focus on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS.

The role requires hands-on experience with Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, GA4/GTM, and Shopify, plus ability to build landing pages with AI. Remote anywhere, but US Eastern hours for calls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Fluent English and client-facing communication.
• Experience across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube.
• Ability to build and ship landing pages with AI tools.
• Skeptical of numbers; can run holdouts and attribution analyses.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything; present Loom walkthrough.
• Manage brand and non-brand as separate streams with separate reporting.
• Understand PMax behavior and separate branded vs incremental CAC.
• Maintain feed hygiene and tracking across GA4, GTM, Shopify.
• Build assets: landing pages, scripts, reports to remove constraints.
