Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote). You will own client accounts end to end, communicate results directly to clients, and lead audits to optimize campaigns and tracking.

You will manage brand and non-brand strategies separately and defend your attribution decisions. You will leverage PMax insights, maintain feed health, and drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS objectives while coordinating with a remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts and serve as the strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything to understand structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Separate brand vs. non-brand campaigns and report them distinctly.
• Understand what PMax is actually delivering and avoid misattribution.
• Keep Google's automation in check and audit auto-suggestions regularly.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a set of DTC accounts end to end.
• Directly communicate with clients, present results and hold ownership of decisions.
• Conduct comprehensive audits of campaigns, structure, and tracking with Loom walkthroughs.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate lines of business.
• Monitor PMax performance and ensure incremental value while mitigating branded overlap.
