AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards, analyze trends, validate data sources, and translate complex data into actionable narratives. This role requires strong SQL, Tableau, Python, and data warehousing knowledge, with a proactive, collaborative approach in a flexible, remote-ready environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, maintaining existing Tableau models and/or migrating them to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools, Claude Code or Cursor across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English.
