AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools to deliver impactful business outcomes.

The role emphasizes autonomous prioritization, strong communication, and collaboration with distributed teams across remote and office settings. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Spreadsheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for reliable insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver excellent service.
