Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large data sets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will work with SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI coding tools to deliver impactful analytics.

The role emphasizes ownership, ambiguity navigation, and strong collaboration across remote and in-office teams with a focus on business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including migrations to Streamlit.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor across coding, SQL, analysis, testing and research.
• Excel / Google Spreadsheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for accuracy of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
