AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own end-to-end analytics, from data extraction to storytelling, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, remote-enabled environment.

The role emphasizes independence, strategic thinking, and a strong sense of urgency to drive business impact and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years Tableau development, maintaining or migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools like GitHub, Slack, JIRA.
