AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. The role emphasizes SQL development, Tableau, Python, and AI tooling to deliver data-driven decisions.

You will work with remote-friendly teams, maintain data models, and craft compelling narratives that influence strategy and customer impact across Fortune 500 and startup customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, maintaining and migrating models.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for reporting accuracy.
• Experience using remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure reliable insights.
