Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own data storytelling and data quality across projects.

You will work with SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI coding tools to deliver actionable metrics, collaborate with remote teams, and drive decisions with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including maintenance or migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
• Document and improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams.
