AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own data visualization and analytics across complex datasets, collaborating with product, engineering, and leadership.

The role requires strong SQL, Tableau, Python, and data warehousing expertise, plus experience with AI coding tools and remote collaboration platforms. Fluency in English is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development including maintenance or migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
