Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop dashboards and data visualizations, identify trends, and validate data sources to ensure accurate reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with remote teams, ownership of data processes, and strong communication of complex insights to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development including migration to Streamlit or modern equivalents.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations for reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
