AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own data visualization and analysis across SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI coding tools, collaborating with remote teams and stakeholders to drive business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience using GitHub, Slack, JIRA for collaboration.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
