Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

Develop dashboards, analyze data trends, validate sources, and collaborate with customers to gather requirements. You will improve data processes, maintain data models, and communicate complex insights clearly to diverse audiences, with a focus on impact and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools: Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
