AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards, analyze data, validate sources, and translate complex findings into actionable narratives while collaborating with remote teams through GitHub, Slack, and JIRA. The role emphasizes proactive strategy, quality data, and impact-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience with models or migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor across coding, SQL, analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities
