AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own data visualization, data quality, and storytelling to influence strategic decisions.

You will work with SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI coding tools, collaborating with remote teams and stakeholders across the business to deliver impactful analytics and clear narratives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, maintaining/migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid data warehousing and pipeline understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-makers.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver service.
