Confidential Jobs is seeking an Offshore SDR/Lead Generation Specialist to own outbound prospecting for our recruitment clients. This fully remote role runs on US business hours and centers on building targeted lists, multi-channel outreach, and qualifying conversations that feed the founder's pipeline.

You'll craft sequences, manage CRM activity, and collaborate with marketing and candidate delivery teams to keep the funnel healthy.

Formación

• Requires experience in sales development and outbound campaigns.
• Ability to write persuasive outreach that lands in unfamiliar inboxes.
• Comfort with using CRM systems and outreach tools.

Responsabilidades

• Build and clean targeted prospect lists of hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Research target accounts and prepare briefing notes for relevant outreach.
• Set up and run multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn) using Smartlead and CRM.
• Write and test outreach sequences to improve reply and meeting-booked rates.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP.
• Book discovery calls onto the founder's calendar with full context.
• Track activity and keep CRM/pipeline data clean.
• Support marketing and candidate delivery with newsletters and shortlists.
