Job summary

Yuno is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound expansion across enterprise accounts in a remote LATAM setup. You will design and execute multichannel outreach, leveraging AI tools and GTM engineering principles to scale efforts.

Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Product; build robust ICPs, manage lists in Apollo/ZoomInfo/LinkedIn, and track results in Salesforce/Salesloft to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for all client communication.
• +1 year outbound experience with enterprise pipeline.
• Willingness to design and test own workflows.
• Familiar with GTM tools and basic scripting.
• Interest in AI tools applied to sales.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce/Salesloft is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design multichannel outbound strategies targeting enterprise accounts.
• Research target accounts to identify signals and pain points.
• Build and maintain high-quality account lists.
• Automate prospecting workflows using no-code tools and APIs.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up research and personalization.
• Qualify opportunities and book high-value meetings.
• Iterate with new channels and messaging; share learnings.
• Keep CRM up to date (Salesforce/Salesloft).
• Collaborate with Marketing/RevOps/Product on ICP and messaging.
