Yuno is hiring a Sales Development Representative to unlock opportunities for our Financial Services vertical. You will identify, engage, and qualify prospects across banks, acquirers, PSPs, wallets and other financial institutions, tailoring outreach to local contexts and building long-term partnerships.

Fluent in Spanish and English with 2+ years of prospecting or outbound sales, plus familiarity with CRM tools. This is remote LATAM, full-time, with a strong growth trajectory in fintech.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and English required.
• 2+ years in prospecting/outbound sales.
• +1 year in banking/fintech a plus.
• CRM familiarity and experience with sales tools.
• Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and research potential clients globally through outbound prospecting, networking, industry events, and digital channels.
• Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospects, uncovering needs and positioning Yuno's solutions.
• Present Yuno's Financial Services value proposition clearly, addressing questions and objections with confidence.
• Qualify leads and hand off high-potential opportunities to the Business Development team with full context.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, ensuring a clear view of pipeline activity.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to sharpen prospecting strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine outreach messaging and targeting.
• Bring new ideas on how to improve prospecting approaches and share them.
