Virtustant is seeking a Results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our client’s growing team. You will run high-volume outbound outreach, identify opportunities, and book qualified appointments for the sales consultants.

You’ll need excellent English communication, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection while pursuing daily targets. A long-term growth path into a Sales Consultant role is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with outbound focus is preferred.
• Strong English communication with clear articulation.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain motivation under rejection.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Make approximately 100 outbound cold calls per day to prospective customers.
• Contact businesses currently investing in competing products or services.
• Engage prospects to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
• Present the company's value and generate interest in services.
• Schedule 3–5 demos or appointments daily for the sales consulting team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Participate in daily training sessions and call reviews to improve performance.
