Job summary

NeoWork is hiring Sales Development Representatives to build pipeline for U.S. clients across SaaS, AI, healthcare, and B2B services. You will prospect, qualify, and book meetings for sales teams through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

NeoWork is a global staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of SDR/inside sales experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a confident phone presence.
• Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Based in Argentina; availability for U.S. business hours.
• CRM experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads on need, budget, timeline, and authority.
• Book discovery calls and demos for account executives.
• Handle objections and move conversations forward.
• Log all activity, notes, and next steps in the CRM daily.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for activity and pipeline.
