Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support Revenue Systems in a remote, contractor capacity. You will audit and optimize CRM and connected revenue platforms, define governance, and implement reliable data flows across billing, CPQ, and ticketing tools.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years’ hands‑on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), strong SQL/API skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands‑on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross‑system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
