Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce/HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules and automation.
• Experience with two revenue/operational systems such as billing or CPQ.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models and cross-system reconciliation.
• Experience in SaaS environments and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
