Qualifications

• 4+ years leading sales or SDR teams in a BPO environment.
• Must have remote experience with US-based clients.
• American accent and strong communication skills.
• Data-driven approach to quality and performance management.
• Operationally minded with reporting, processes, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of outbound sales reps to hit KPIs.
• Build and refine sales playbooks based on data and feedback.
• Diagnose performance issues at team and individual levels and act on them.
• Manage underperformers with PIPs and tough conversations.
• Oversee daily CRM hygiene, reporting, and workflow management.
• Communicate progress and resource needs to leadership clearly.
• Partner with leadership to align team execution with company goals.
