Hire Hangar is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead the BPO's own brand and demand generation efforts. You will own marketing strategy, paid campaigns, and analytics in a fast-paced service environment.

The role requires hands-on management of Meta and Google Ads, strong English communication, and proven remote-work experience with US/UK-based partners. Collaboration with sales and leadership is essential to drive growth.

Formación

Direct experience as Marketing Manager for a BPO (non-negotiable).
Experience managing ads/marketing strategy in a BPO or outsourcing setting.
Hands-on with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong written and spoken English for business communication.
Ability to multi-task and manage several marketing initiatives simultaneously.
Prior remote-work experience and familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana).

Responsabilidades

Develop and execute marketing strategy for the BPO's own brand, services, and growth goals.
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Set up audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences to generate quality leads.
Create and A/B test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion.
Manage ad budgets, bidding, and optimize campaigns for ROAS.
Set up conversion tracking with Meta Pixel, GTM, and GA4.
Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and digital communications.
Coordinate with sales to align marketing with business development.
Track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI; manage external vendors as needed.
