Qualifications

Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace).
Experience with US or UK-based companies or customers.
Excellent organizational skills with strong detail orientation and multitasking.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain HubSpot CRM data accuracy, hygiene, and up-to-date records.
Support sales team with contracts, proposals, and sales docs.
Track and report on key sales metrics and dashboards.
Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and communications with prospects.
Assist onboarding of new clients and handoffs to delivery or account management.
Manage inbound inquiries and route them to the sales team.
Organize sales collateral, templates, and shared resources.
