Job summary

Techunting is seeking a Contractor for Sales Operations support for a North America-focused client in enterprise voice solutions. Remote LATAM-based candidates only.

The role involves providing timely sales analysis and reporting, partnering with distributors and channel partners, and coordinating with Sales, Finance, Shipping, and Order Center to ensure accurate, timely information and smooth order fulfillment. Strong SFDC, QlikView, and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in sales operations with distributors and channel partners.
• Strong systems and process knowledge.
• Proficiency with SFDC, QlikView, and Power BI; Excel skills.
• Advanced English with excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales reporting and analysis across POS and revenue regions.
• Coordinate with distribution partners to collect and distribute POS reports.
• Interface with Salesforce SFDC with Sales and Corporate.
• Conduct sales operation training for new hires.
• Manage order process tracking and occasional data entry.
