Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in BDR/SDR, outbound prospecting, and sales operations.
• Experience managing CRM pipelines using leading platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting through multiple channels and schedule qualified meetings.
• Manage follow-ups and re-engage unresponsive leads to move them through the funnel.
• Coordinate attorney screening, vetting, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline statuses and clear next actions for the team.
