Job summary

Prometeo Talent is seeking a Customer Support Representative for a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the construction permitting industry in the U.S. This is a 100% remote, phone-based role supporting contractors with permit filings, account management and platform usage.

You will apply problem-solving skills, take ownership of issues and follow up to ensure resolution. Fluent English and Excel proficiency are required; prior CRM experience with GoHighLevel or HubSpot is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a phone-based or call center environment.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Resolve questions related to permit status, document uploads, account setup, and billing.
• Log all interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issues are resolved.
• Identify recurring issues and share improvement ideas with product/operations teams.
