Paycom - Ats is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role in SaaS. You will handle inbound calls, troubleshoot platform issues, guide customers through workflows, and run product demonstrations to show how the software works.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer service or technical support, is fluent in English, and comfortable explaining technical concepts. You will learn our SaaS platform and contribute to ongoing improvements while delivering

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service, tech support, or similar role.
• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, or CRM systems.
