Job summary

Coinme is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role serving Latin America. You will help customers navigate our SaaS platform, handle inquiries, and guide users through workflows with clear explanations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or technical support, is fluent in English, and comfortable working with CRM tools and multiple browser-based apps. You will contribute to a strong, responsive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support, preferably phone-based.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, CRM systems, or related tools.
• Ability to demo platforms and explain features to customers clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and document uploads.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows with clear steps.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs for key features.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and determine action plans.
• Take ownership of issues from contact to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction remains high.
